DIR- Generic Analyze gas - right or left post?

Your right post should have your wing inflator. That way you can dump with your left hand while shutting down the post with the right in the event of a stuck inflator. A stuck inflator drill is a skill requirement for AN/DP.
Was thinking more the type of inflator since many analyzers have a BC QD, on left post would be for drysuit and/or blow gun or whatever. Wing comes from right in all of my setups but I tend to leave a drysuit hose with the BC QD vs. some of the other weird fittings they use in Europe.
 
A wing inflator is a standard BC QD. If your analyzer uses a standard BC QD you can analyze from the right post with a standard long hose reg.
