Ambergris Caye, where to stay? Dive ops?

I am headed to Ambergris Caye in April, bringing whole family, 2 divers, 3 non divers.

Any idea as to where to stay?

Need to rent three bedroom spot, hoping for some beach. Last trip was to grand caymen and I know I will not see beach like that however any input would be appreciated
I am also looking for dive ops.

From what I have read, I will be skipping the blue hole.

Any input would be appreciated.

Get in touch with David Thomas Cal who operates B&D Belize Magical Adventures. It is smaller than the big operators but he is personable and knowledgeable about dive sites . Seems to know every fish in the ocean. Great service and great rates. He is a master diver and fisherman.

Spent close to 2 weeks in Ambergris Caye in 2014. I used the services of Cap'n Ron Reef Adventures which included a lodging/diving package (Paradise Villas and Reef Adventures). He even coordinated the island hopper leg and had ground transportation waiting for us at San Pedro airport even though we got there an hour late. Reef Adventures is located on the beach side of Paradise Villas compound. Enjoyed the lodging as well as the diving with Reef Adventures (Ched and Orlando). Highly recommend them.
