This is my first post so will keep it short. We just finished a cruise on MV Ambai, it was fantastic. The boat is purpose built thus comfy and well laid out. All the crew are one big team that work together and help each other. The dive guides are awesome at spotting the small stuff, they just know where to look. Highly reccommend this boat for liveaboards, we will dive with them again. Alor Straits has some wonderful coral, clear water, strong currents!!!! And cold water sometimes, always the potential for something big to swim past. We also made some nice land excursions to very traditinal village and Lamalera the famous whale hunting village. It was a great trip.
