I recently purchased a used set of doubles, and would like to confirm I'm reading them correctly. Would someone confirm?

DOT-E14157-3442 = DOT Exemption and PSI rating
TP5250 = Tested to 150%

X7100 = XS Scuba X7 100 tank
3074427 = Serial number
10A05 = Initial Hydro (due 10/2010)
M8804 = Manufacturer code (Worthington)

REE = Rejection elastic expansion limit.

TP is test pressure, the pressure at which hydro's should be done at as to not damage the tank in testing.
