Ugh I'm such a disaster. Also I wanted to edit a photo I loaded. I wanted to change the title of it. How do I do this. I tried. I just can't figure these things out.

Look for the "Edit Photo" link when you're viewing a picture.

Just in case this is still a problem.

You have to view the photo itself in the Single Photo view.

Then the link is underneath the photo.
