I'm organizing my next holiday in Alor.
What do you recommend?

I'm traveling alone and I'm interested in photography

Both are great. Amani is in the bay and spends a bit more time in the bay. Alor is out in the straight and only comes into the bay for muck diving once a week. Amani is more upscale than Alor. For example you get on the dive boat from a dock at Alami, while at Alor you wade out to a panga that is paddled out to the dive boat. But you pay for the upscale. Two years ago I was at Alami, last year I was at Alor. This year I will be at Alami and then spending a few days at Moko a new resort.

My preference is Alami, but I like the diving in the bay. However if Alami was unavailable I would have no hesitation going back to Alor Divers.

Just back from alor last week, i m stay at nautika, best dive resort i ever stay.

I don’t like it more, I like going more often.

I was in both and I prefer for sure alor divers resort because much more knowledge operator and much better location on a white sandy beach.
I'm also single traveller and underwater photographer.
Hope this help
