Maybe about time to introduce myself... :cool2:

I got my OW certification some time ago while living in Japan, but never did much with it due to flakey dive buddies with conflicting schedules. Now living in Oahu (with more flakey buddies) but I decided to take up SCUBA again after a refresher dive Phuket over the summer. I joined a local dive club, so doing mostly boat diving with the tourists off South Oahu now... Trying to get a couple boat trips a month in.

I'd love to take up shore diving as well if I can find a good dive buddy or two here. :D I'm planning to get my AOW soon and pick up the rest of my equipment over the next 6 months.

Aloha and welcome! Be sure to check in with the Hawaii O'Hana forum on a regular basis and you'll be able to easily keep up with the local haps on Oahu and the rest of the state.
