All Inclusive Scuba Resort

Hi. I'm trying to find some options for all inclusive dive resorts in the Philippines that offer guided dives in the morning and afternoon. I would like to go somewhere with great visibility, abundant and varied marine life, warm water, and friendly international staff. Also, I prefer a resort where local culture can be accessed within walking distance. If anyone has any suggestions (maybe a website or email too) they will be greatly appreciated! Cheers!

look up scubaworld in the Philippines they have resorts in most of the popular dive areas, ( Puerto Galera;Dumagete; Boracay; Cebu) The Atlantis resorts also have resorts in some of the popular areas.
The Expidition Fleets also have liveaboards that can take you to mony of these sites.
Overall, you can't go wrong diving in the Philippines.
WARNING: Diving in the Philippines is the MOST ADDICTIVE form of diving!
