My favorite two places are the Little Cayman Beach Resort or the Brac Reef Beach Resort.

These resorts are some of the nicest I have ever been to, the food is incredible, and the diving is about as good as it gets in the Caribbean. At the right time of year you can get some deals below their posted prices.

Another resort I really like and less expensive is the Reef House Resort in Roatan. Again a nice resort but not as upscale as the other two but the food is great and so is the diving. Mike works hard to make sure you have a great stay with him.
