Nikon has an active recall of the SB103 flash due to an explosion hazard. In fact, it's been in place for about 15 years (or more) due to a class-action lawsuit, but I still see them popping up for sale.

So, if you have one, first thing to do is stop using it. Go to the Nikon Service & Repair website. There's a form to print out for your info and the 103 serial number. You ship that form and your flash off to NY. In about 2-3 weeks, you'll get a new SB105 free of charge! Not a bad deal!
