I dove with Aldora a month ago. With AL 80's I usually take 10 pounds because i hate feeling positively buoyant on my safety stop. My first dive I carried 4 pounds and sunk like a rock at the beginning. It took a little bit of getting used to, I kind of felt like I was driving a truck on the swim throughs. I got the hang of it pretty quick. On my safety stop at 700 I noticed I sunk easily if I had no air in my BCD. Second dive I ditched 2 pounds and felt pretty normal. So that is a 8 pound difference than I normally carry.
