Gulf Coast Divers is seeking a qualified candidate for a management position. The 41-year dive center is well established with a large 15-ft. deep in-store pool and the most extensive inventory in the region. They are preparing to expand into a nearby growing upscale market with a second facility to complement the existing operations and business model.
Ideal candidate will be highly motivated to play a primary role in growing a new location, and must be a self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively. Responsibilities will involve overall store operations to include: exceptional customer service, equipment sales, inventory management, possibly minor equipment repair.
Although not primarily an instructional position, candidate must be an active status instructor, as it would include some instruction responsibilities. This role requires strong leadership qualities and the ability to encourage excellent performance from staff.
If you have prior management experience combined with experience working in the dive industry in a leadership role, this is a great opportunity to participate in guiding a thriving business into future growth.
Position is available immediately with salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Weekends are required.
