The computer would need to be returned to TUSA for reset, there is no in-field master reset available for safety and repetitve dive issues.
 
Follow-up question:

I've noticed on 2 occasions, while not on dives, it's indicated low-battery for approx. 5 min. and then went back to normal. I've done the latest firmware update. I've got my last dive trip of the season planned for the weekend of Oct. 9th, so I'll probably send it in afterwards.

This could possibly be from temperature fluctuations and a battery that is close to requiring replacement. We suggest replacing the battery as you find necessary with a standard CR2450 as outlined in the Zen Air user manual.
