Ahh...pea soup diving...Pearl Lake

Just finished 2 dives at Pearl Lake IL. A great spot if you like 5' of vis after 2 days of rain. Sometimes a person just has to go under and look around the soup. And boy did I see BIG walleyes!!!!! Then surfaced and laughed at the fishermen who weren't even close....:lol:

Have you ever had good Vis there? I am about 100 miles south and have been thinking on making a trip up there some saturday.

Haigh Quarry in Kankakee IL has been really good this year.

5' is pretty good for Pearl at this time of the year. Haigh has been surprisingly good lately.
