I have an Aeris XR2 that I am going to start wearing in a wrist mount. I know I can get the standard wrist watch strap style mount, but does anyone know if there is a bungee mount available?

I haven't tried this on an Aeris before but often you do not need a bungee mount you can use the existing mount. Remove the pins, pull the watch straps out then put bungee where the watch strap used to be. My old Puck looked like this when I was done:

Aeris XR computers don't have 2 sets of watch pin holes on the back - only one (couldn't guess why) You can still make a bungee mount out of a wrist mount but you have to poke holes and feed bungee through the rubber boot. Depending on which specific wrist mount you get (most aeris and oceanic wrist boots will work) you may have to cut the wrist straps off as well.
I made one out of a Veo 2.0 wrist mount for my wife's XR1 and it worked pretty well.

disregard the extra length of bungee - it hasn't been properly fitted yet.

There isn't a DSS bungee mount for the XR2, unfortunately. I wrote a grovelling email to DSS, but to no avail. In the end, I cannibalized my old, clunky console as my wrist-mount...well, to be more accurate, my fiance did all the hard work. He popped the pressure gauge and compass out (they're now in our 'spares closet'); attacked the console with a razor blade until we'd whittled it down to something I could wear on my wrist; and then attached the bungee cords we'd bought for especially for the purpose. It looks and feels perfect. If it hadn't have worked out, I would have purchased the watch-style mount (as the previous two posters did) and taken off the wrist straps in order to attach bungee.

Hard to tell but wouldn't the same trick work? Put the pins over two separate bungee straps and slide the bungee straps toward the outside. They might shift around a bit but a persons wrist/forearm will keep the computer from twisting.

The Aeris computer body only holds a watch pin on one end.

How does the other end connect? I will take a gander at one this weekend while I am at my LDS. I am sure it will be very obvious once I see one up close.
