I would like to purchase the hoseless computer to replace my Veo 100, but don't want to spend $1000's. But LP have reasonable priced Aeris Atmos Elite and Oceanic VT Pro with transmiter around $500. Did anybody have any experience with either of one ? Pro and cons ? How different is a Oceanic VT3 compare to VT Pro ? Any help will be apreciated.

The same company makes both the Aeris and Oceanic.

I've used my Elite for three years or so and have never had a problem with it.

That is a great computer that I think you will be very happy with it. It has nice big numbers and is easy to read. It also has user servicable batteries which I always look for when buying a computer.

It is last years model, something to be aware of as far at least.
