Advise for newby´s

Hello I am a newly qualified PADI open water diver.
Im also new to forums.
Scuba Diving has certainlt opened a whole new worldfor me and my wife.
We did the course together at "Scuadoo" in Torrox Costa, Spain.
The Instructor David Graves was very professional and patient.
All in all an amazing experience and its only the start.
Any advise for newby´s?

The biggest piece of advice for new divers is to get out and dive as much as you can, and if possible, try to hook up with some experienced divers for a few dives and get some tips. Diving is like skiing -- it comes MUCH more fun as you get better at it, and you only get better by doing it.

Now that you've found the great resource which is ScubaBoard, spend some time here. Read about gas consumption, and buoyancy and trim. Read some of the "Near Missions and Lessons Learned" threads, which may alert you to some mistakes you might otherwise make.

And I would highly recommend reading two documents: NWGratefulDiver's Gas Management essay, and Lamont's Rock Bottom paper. This is very useful information, which is essentially not covered in open water classes.

But most of all, go diving, and have fun! And then come tell us about it

Welcome and as mentioned before...dive..The more you do it the easier it gets. I am proof of that.
