I have a Nikon D50 on a Sea&Sea DX-D50 but I have a friend asking wich housing is best fitted for his Nikon D200, Aquatica or Sea&Sea? Any one experienced on those housings?
Best.

Both make great housings. I really like the looks of the Sea & Sea (black) housing.

Does he already have any ports?

Which would he be able to get the best service on where he lives?

I have only personally seen the Subal & Ikelite for the D200 so I have no first-hand experience with the 2 you listed. Based on what I have seen of other Sea & Sea and Aquatica products, I would go with the Sea & Sea.

Both of the housings are very nice. The aquatica housing for the D200 is their best product yet. It has a mounting tray the slides on a "saddle" similar to the Subal.

The S & S is more compact but the price of the Aquatica is very competetive. That said I went with the Subal ND20 as did dbh.

i am in the market as well for uw case for the d200. so far its the aquatica at the top of my list. i also considered the sea and sea but was MAINLY attracted to aquatica's announcement that they would have a special port for the new nikkor 105mm vr lens. a very important development that could very well swing my decision towards the aquatica. whatever you decide you cannot go wrong with these two top notch brands.
