After getting bored, with my repetitive strength program - on weekdays - (How To Get Fit for Diving) and Alert Diver swimming training program - Saturday and Sunday - (Alert Diver | Swim Training for Scuba Divers) and following the advice I got on a different post to diversify swimming, I am planning to move to "Fitness for Divers" beginner plan (not enough time during the week for a more advanced program), fitting the strength plan in 5 weekdays (both rest days on the weekend) and following a different swimming program for cardio ( https://www.speedo.com/internationa...uts/647e1faa-1385-4b58-8437-83a1b0fc30bd.html) - Saturday and Sunday.

Any thoughts on the idea?
