4 of us are going up there this weekend for diving on Saturday and Sunday.

I don't know if he's a member here, but Pete has a very informal B&B (several bedrooms in his house) that he has for the weekends only (he works full-time in Ottawa, I think).

If he's not on here, you should be able to find him on www.ontariodiving.com where everyone uses real names as handles.

Well I kow a place that runs charters and has a B&B.
Divers warehouse in Ottawa.
they can accomodate both aspects of the trip if you have not booked your dives yet.
I rate them high on services provided and comfort.
They run the charters right from thier own dock with up to 3 to 4 boats running.
They also have an on site compressor.

If you're into camping, Green Acres campground just West of Brockville on Hwy 2 is pretty cheap. Last time I was there they had a diver rate of $10/diver. It's first come first served, till the field is full (I think you can reserve, but it's not required). And Dive Tech is about just a few minutes down the road for air, etc. With a group of 4, the KOA campground might be a bit cheaper and most of them have small 'cabins' you can rent, instead of a tent.

I'm going up there as well weekend of 5th of August. Our club is going out on Bottom Time dive charters. I'm looking for recommendations for accomodations near Excel Marine in downtown Brockville or Plattsburgh

One site I found was Divers Den Bed & Breakfast. Anyone stayed with them before?

I'm interested in clean, with non-smoking rooms. Places accustomed to divers (e.g. can hang wetsuits to dry)
