My Micro HD (Older model, I am the sole owner) stopped functioning during a recent dive trip. Upon return I contacted SeaLife and they had me send it in. The made all of the repairs, changing the aging internal battery, reformatted the software and even saved the pics that I had captured.
This is a company that truly stands behind their product. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be boasting about their great product on my next trip, but also about the amazing service experience I have received.
