I am trying to get myself set up with a camera. Not looking for anything fancy.
I am pretty sure the A75 will be fine for me.
Newegg.com has a waterproof (to 130 feet) housing for this camera for about $164. Anyone have one or had one and could comment on this housing?
I currently have a Fuji S5100, but cannot find a housing for it. I can get a used A75 for $50 or less on Ebay, thus keeping my cost fairly low.
Just a little concerned about the housing and looking for some feedback.
THanks

I love love love mine :) I've been using the Canon housings for years with no problems. Love the A series.

Just had an A4 shot (roughly 8x10) published in a national newspaper from the Canon A70, which I had before it was stolen and then replaced with the A75. I teach with the A75 and students progress very quickly from blurry and blue to great memories of the reef & critters.

Jump in, you'll love it!!

The Canon housing works great. Every camera control is operable. The built-in flash defuser works well for macro shots. The only problem is the housing is not as robust as some others and will not suvive rough treatment. Be very carful with keeping the o-ring clean. One hair or speck of sand and the housing will flood.
