A630 "video" u/w lighting setup

Hi,

What would be an inexpensive yet handy u/w lighting setup I can use for the "video" mode of my A630? Ideally, it would be something I can attach to the Canon WP-DC8 u/w housing

Clarification: How strong should the light be for good quality standard lens and wide angle lens macro/closeup video in a totally dark but otherwise clear water environment?

Also, if I can't attach it to the Canon housing, would a headlamp be advisable?
