I love the 'flattering' photo of the woman in the 'half-in half-out' shots in UW Photographic Technique >> How do I do half-in half-out shots? :D
 
blacknet will probably be able to tell you in a couple of paragraphs, but I think you need i nice big dome port, so it is very hard to do with a digital.

this thread should have gone in the tips, so not too sure what happened there!
