So, here I am, a Wisconsin cold water diver, sitting on the beach at the Aruba Grand Beach Resort and Casino, with my laptop, waiting for the clock to tick down for the boat to take me out for my 300th logged dive. Scuba Board and diving all brought together. Life is good. OK, time to put the puter away and grab my dive bag.
Later....

Congratulaions, Mike!

Hope you are having a great time!

Ain't it great to hit those milestones in someplace memorable?

Today is something of a milestone for me as well. Four years ago today I completed my open water class and received my initial C-card. Since then I've logged 1,140 dives and a bit more than 820 hours of bottom time.

One thing I've learned along the way ... no matter where you dive, how long you continue to dive, or how much time you spend underwater, there's alway something new to experience ... and something to learn from the experience.

Enjoy your milestone dive ... and may you have many more ...

... Bob (Grateful Diver)
