Definitely not cool to see a diver in this vid manhandle the sea krait. Perhaps even lucky that for their stupidity not to get bitten by the venomous snake. Also there was an octopus being handled as well by another diver...

So far Moalboal has been my favorite on my six month dive adventure on Cebu. Pescador Island is a wonderful dive site second only to Siquijor,Sumilon,Apo islands.

Nice video. Too bad the marine life got tussled a bit. I didn't realize the area had so much damaged coral.
