I'm looking for place for rent, for a tiny diving shop. Basically, I need two rooms + locker - ideally at the street's level. Something like below:
- sales room - very desirable with a shop-window. Should have enough space place for a small counter, shelves with scuba goods, couple of chairs and a small table.
- classroom - for five (5) workplaces and trainer's table. Should have a window(s) and/or good ventilation.
- one locker for storing and drying gear, etc...
- one washroom
- one parking spot included into rent and some guests parking is available around.
I guess 900-1000 sq. ft. should be enough for the beginning. Preferred locations are Vancouver, Burnaby or North Shore. Downtown too - if rent is reasonable...
Desirable, but optional- not very far from a swimming pool, where pool times rent is possible.
