Looks like the RecSea S95 can also be bought as a SeaTool S95, and SeaTool is associated with Fisheye.

Welcome to Seatool USA!

"Seatool, along with sister company Fisheye has been manufacturing cutting edge products for underwater use in Japan, and now we're pleased to offer these products in the US. Seatool has come to symbolize the attention to detail and meticulous engineering that the Far East is famous for producing."

The picture of the RecSea S95 housing
UWdigitalcamera.com :: Compact camera housing :: High Grade housings :: RecSea S95 housing

Is the same as
Plongimage - Caisson alu Seatool pour Canon S95
Which calls it a SeaTool product.

Now if I could just get one into Canada without too much duty and taxes ;)

Despite rumors claiming there would be no more FIX housings, instead they are popping up all over the place.

There is some sort of relationship JFYI between FIX/Fisheye/SeaTool/RecSea. I don't claim to know what it is but they share certain products and accessories and other bits and pieces.

I just talked to Reef Photo---they are not gunna handle the Seatool UW housing........

Welcome to Seatool USA!

I was in email contact with Reef Photo today. They indicated RecSea was the new name for SeaTool. "Recsea (formerly known as Seatool)"

Also they were still deciding between the RecSea and Fix version.
They did say they were leaning towards Fix.

Did they say when the fix s95 would be available? I was told first week of December.

Mike.
