how do a attach my elastic band that goes around my neck 2 my back up regs 2nd stage
and how do i attach the boltsnap 2 my spg any help is aprecatied

For the reg, use either surgical tubing or bungee cord. I don't have the link on showing you how to tie them, but I'm sure someone will pop up shortly with it.

Boltsnap is held on by cave line. Loop it twice thru the snap and around the swivel part of the SPG. Tie your knots, cut the line close and burn the ends. While still hot, flatten the ends so that they can't pull thru the knot.
