any feedback would be much appreciated, i used a sealife dc1400, dont really remember the settings, and i was just trying out the corel paintshop pro x5, i used a few digital post filters.

I like the third one best, even with the unconventional horizon. First one, dial down your yellow channel and saturation. When I'm processing pictures, I usually go too far to see what too far looks like, then dial it back by about half. You've gone too far. Second one, if you have a "recovery" slider available it would help to get rid of a couple of blown out highlights. On PSE, I go to Lighting>Shadows and Highlights and tone down the highlights and sometimes increase the midrange contrast a bit. Third one came out very nice, again, yellow channel might be too strong, as the sand looks a bit unnatural. Sometimes if you have a "levels" or "white balance" control, you can click on various spots until you get what you like.
That's all only my opinion. Everyone has different taste. Some people love over-saturation or a strong color statement on one end or the other of the scale.
This would be my re-edit on the first one.
