Well said!!! It's amazing what we used to do and now no longer excel. We do however continue to try!

Re "It's amazing what we used to do and now no longer excel." I had just finished telling a story to a much younger sporting team mate a few years ago and he made a great observation "The older you get the better you used to be."

(Although I am free diving deeper now than I used to in my younger days ... but that is more linked to focusing on free dive training and working with the right guys).
