Hello everyone! I just found this site by accident and I'm really glad I did!! There's an amazing amount of info here, especially for someone like me who just passed their AOW in April here in the cold waters of Scotland.
:)

Bryso

Congratulations on passing the AOW. Where do you dive? We travel up to Oban at least once a year and have dived the Clyde a couple of times.

We are up at the Farnes in a couple of weeks - diving with the seals.

ScoobyDave - I had the pleasure of visiting Indianapolis a few weeks ago. My son has just relocated to Columbus in Indiana and we were visiting. Where do you go diving locally? Will be visiting again in the very near future.

Dive safely, all.

Hey guy....

Welcome....you will find a lot of info available here for sure.'s

My mother's ancestors came from your area...Johnson's....probably a ton of them there like here!!

North Carolina is like a little Scotland....

If you ever head this way we have lots of great wrecks off the coast.

Bryso,

Welcome to the board.

Once you've got a bit of experience, you MUST go to Scapa Flow. You live near some of the best recreational wreck diving I've seen. (And I live near the Great Lakes with hundreds of wrecks.)

And, of course, our group loved Scotland.

Hi

Like you I found this site by accident, I'm doing my Open water course next month and can't wait to get started! This site is really good. Purchased some kit from a chap in Ayre. How was your first open water dive? I'm really looking forward to it!!

Aly ;)

Can you go diving in Loch Ness?
