911 bladder removal

Am I not understanding something here? I'm trying to take the bladder off of a 911, but can't seem to figure it out. I can take off the shoulder piece, but when it comes to the straps that hold down the bladder, I'm at a loss.

Unlace the cam buckles. Pull the straps out completely.

Thanks. I actually figured it out like a minute after I posted. I feel pretty dumb right about now.
