my 860g died and I need a replacement..
I have been looking for the Ricoh model and cannot find it...
anyhelp?? I was also told it was a pentax

Sorry to hear that. The DX-860G is not available from another manufacturer and was produced solely for SEA&SEA. Replacement and refurbished cameras are available and can be purchased through your authorized retailer who can contact SEA&SEA directly for more information.

Not sure if you've found a solution yet or now, but if you are still looking then shoot me a PM, I'm thinking of upgrading my 860 to either the 1G or 2G and will be looking to sell the 860.

I've got the dx-860g housing now (bought on eBay).

I read that other than dx-860g camera it's also compatible with the praktica Luxmedia 6503 (basically identical). Do you know other compatible cameras? Is there any list of compatible cameras like with the list of identical first stages on the forum?
