Have you posted on Cruisecritic.com? I usually post on there and have had informal meet & greets with the other divers on the ship. I use this as sort of a first round draft to weed out instabuddies. It gives me a chance to pick their brain on experience levels, saftey attitudes, etc., before we ever set foot on a dive boat.
