Here's a fairly popular site in the US that lists shore diving from all over the world, http://www.shorediving.com/Earth/Pacific_/Philippines_/index.htm

The Philippines only shows 3 dive sites and it would be nice, if folks in this forum submit their favorite dive sites as well.

that's just for anilao bud. i suggest that local divers post actual visited dive sites locally. the thread posted by clgsamson is just for starters...how about posting dive info for PG, Cebu, Malapascua, the Apo family of dive sites, Mindanao area, etc.

would be very good info for foreign divers planning to visit
