My DC1400 developed a focusing issue.
Excellent email support from Sealife, followed very quickly with an RMA number.
Camera was replaced at no charge and actually sent back to me via Fedex.
Total time, including 2 way shipping, less than 3 weeks. (Sealife asked me if I had a trip planned, I was in no hurry.
I live in the Caribbean and this sort of support is greatly appreciated.
