Hi - just published a couple of 'one take' clips from a trip to the Maldives.

They are both taken as one long shot which gives a good overall view of what the dive site has to offer, rather than short clips all edited together.

Footage is taken on Sony A7Siii with Nauticam WACP-1. Footage is 4K HDR, so best viewed on HDR compatible screens.

Excellent Daniel! The colours are great. I love it when even the stuff that's out of reach of the lights is the right colour (so, getting the white balance right :) )
The second one is sooo Maldives/fish soup!
Cheers,
Matt

Great Videos Daniel, i will follow on YT

Hi Daniel, which lens did you pair w the WACP-1?
Hi Ewan,

For my setup I selected the Sony A7Siii with Sony SEL2870 lens - the SEL2870 is a kit lens, but offers the most versatility in terms of angle 59-130 degrees! I've also had a 55mm Keldan -1.5 red filter made, which I believe Keland now sell too, and this fits perfectly between the front of the lens and the back of the WACP-1 👌

Here's another video I've published recently using the same setup:-

OK thanks for the info mate :)
Can you tell me more about the Keldan filter? I've not heard of the 1.5 stop option and can't see it on their website currently. Is it a new formula? Is it a glass or gel filter?
Thanks kindly

You're welcome... The filter can be found here:-
Spectrum Filter SF -2 thread

It's regarded as a SF-2 filter, however the filter has a damping equivalent to a loss of 1.5 stops. It also appears they are now selling the 55mm version to general public.

OK great, thanks. Yes that's the one I was looking at too.
How much of your Maldives video is using lights vs ambient? You've got such vibrant colours!
