49 CFR issue

For anyone that reciently purchessed the latest copy of 49CFR (2010 edition) and its the printed version from Labelmaster, pull it out and check one thing for me. My copy that I just recieved is missing the last page(s) that include half of apendix B and all of apendix C. For those wondering, Apndx C is the section that talks about the "VE" stamp on 6351 Al cylinders. I am just trying to find out if this was a issue with one batch of printing, or if they accidently ommitied this part on all copies. Let me know.
