i was diving for 2 years now loved it and wana go to tech diving now just need little help with the size of wing that i have to get i am looking forward getting xr nitrox certified i know il have to get twin 12L steel tanks, single 12L tank as deco\stage bottle, stainless bp with the comfort harness should i get the 40 lbs (18kg) or the 60lbs(27kg) ? tyx

40lbs will be fine for steel d12s and multiple stages

I would work with your instructor. They should be able to point you in the right direction.

40# sounds about right. Avoid the comfort harness. Also, if you're looking at steel tanks in warmer waters the SS plate might be too much.
