Hello:

Has anyone ever used 3m 5200 or 4200 on a drysuit repair or modification?

Since both of these adhesive/sealants are recommended for use below the waterline on marine vesels, it would seem to be a possible alternative when contact type cements is not necessarily desired and a long curing time is not a concern.

They are too goey and wont penetrate the fabric well enough. Use Aquaseal thinned with Cotol for the first layer of any repair needed. Depending on the size you may need a patch.

What brand and model of drysuit do you have? Material? Type of repair needed?
