This tank is current on hydro - 7/10 and it will need a VIP and air fill.
I just had these hydro tested in July and 3 of the 4 tanks were visually inspected and filled in August by a Scuba shop in my area. They have my dive shop's stickers on the tanks. I purchased new K/DIN valves and they were installed when the 3 tanks were filled. They've never been used since. I'd be happy to provide the receipts and contact info of my dive shop who did the work.
