3+ black vs 3+ silver

The 3+ black is $100.00 more than the 3+ silver. Is it worth it? What are the differences?

I don't know about the 3+ vs 3+, but I know that with the 3BE vs 3SE, the Black Edition was WELL worth the money over the silver as it came with a much better sensor and it was a more capable camera.
