Two OMS weight pouches, each with three pockets (one zippered for weights, and one zippered and one velcro'd each for miscellaneous stuff). The pouch threads onto your harness waist webbing, while the bolt snap connects the weight pouch to a D-ring on your shoulder harness to help distribute the weighting. The weight pocket holds up to 15lbs each and has a quick-ditch handle.
The zipper on one of the weight pockets has a couple broken teeth, so it unzips 2/3 of the way and is stopped by a safety pin to prevent it from getting stuck (see picture). Otherwise, they are in good shape.
