2nd Stage Adjustment Tool (updated)

I updated my 3d printed 2nd Stage Adjustment tool to make it smaller and add alignment marks.
Lines on the knob at the 0, 1/16, 1/8, and 1/4 positions make it a bit more precise when doing fine tuning of the orifice.

I print up a batch of these once in a while for my Save-a-dive kits and fill up a zip lock bag full of giveaways. Every time I end up adjusting somebody's regulator at a dive site, I pass a few out with some basic lessons.

Esplendido!
Thanks! Start warming up the print bed!

I like to make these with ABS or ASA. Petg is good too, but the ABS/ASA versions will last longer than PLA or PETG. The little blade does wear out if you encounter a few sticky orifices (that does sound nasty!) so print a few extras.

I usually set them once and then rarely have to play with them until I rebuild again in a couple of years.

I adjusted two dive buddy regulators in the last month, and my CCR Bov reg. (A crappy Hollis unbalanced 12year old that needs a new orifice)
