But for a quick answer to your questions...
Can a 200 bar dinn valve work with a 300 bar dinn reg
Yes

and vice versa?
No (300 BAR DIN valve w/ 200 BAR DIN reg)

Can a 200 bar dinn valve handle 227 bar (The legal limit for tank fulls here).
Yes

And will yoke adaptors fit 300 bar dinn valves?
If you're talking about the little screw-in adapter that goes inside the valve, no. Those are only for 200 BAR DIN valves.

Roak

300 bar DIN valves have 7 threads to prevent regulators designed for 200 bar pressures from being used in them. This works because 200 bar DIN fittings have only 5 threads and will not seal in the deeper 7 thread 300 bar valve.

300 bar DIN regulators will however work just fine n 200 bar DIN valves as the extra lenght does not matter.

Most "200" bar DIN valves I have seen are actually rated at 232 bar - a bit over 3400 psi.

200 bar DIN valves can use inserts to convert for use with a yoke equipped reg. Valves capable of this will have a dimple on the back to center the yoke screw. 300 bar DIN valves lack this dimple and are also too long to fit inside a standard yoke so it would not be not possible to convert them for use with a yoke even if you could find or make a longer 7 thread insert insert for them.
