I have this 20 or so year old dive rite canister light.
Bought it new, and no longer use.
Has about 20 dives, never failed, looks like new.
Still has the original bulb, and I have a spare.
O rings are in good shape.
Not sure of the model, canister is about 5 inches diameter, and 10'inches tall.
Not sure of bulb type, but need to be in water before turning on.

Dive rite told me bulbs are no longer available, but O rings are...

Not surprising the oringal battery is dead, a standard fire alarm panel 12V type

my question is this light worth anything?.

Only as much as someone wants to pay......it sounds like a DR wreck canister HID.

probably not. canister is too big and heavy for anything new, light head is far too old to be useful. Good for nostalgia. Not sure how much burn it had back then, but you can get a $50 handheld backup light that will put out at least as much light for almost as long depending on if it was HID or halogen. Post some pics?

if it uses a HID bulb, might be worth a bit to someone willing to invest in a new battery. if it doesn't, you're looking at a lot less for someone to basically strip it for parts. a picture would help.
