Correction: I called White's today (01-07-2011) and discovered what I have are actually SURFACE dry suits used in search and rescue work...NOT dive dry suits. All else applies.

I recently bought a home here in San Diego that had been previously occupied by renters. When we moved in we discovered all of the junk they left behind...save for a couple of big black bags full of wetsuits, dry suits, and accessories (hoods, gloves, boots). Not being a diver, I hauled all of this stuff to a dive shop to see if they would buy it. After explaining to me what everything was (dry suits, beaver tail suits), they said they don't buy gear, but recommended I try to sell it online. So, here's what they said:

- The two **SURFACE DRY SUITS** are Whites brand, size extra large, and according to the shop (by the look of the suits) have never been used. They said the neck rubber gasket might have been trimmed on both of them, but they couldn't tell for sure.

- There are also two complete sets of "beaver tail" style wetsuits (no brand name on them), size extra large. Also two hoods, two sets of medium wetsuit gloves (in the packaging), two sets of boots...in the packaging (one pair size 10 and one pair size 11), and two black divers gear bags...with mold on them. No mold on the suits though and all, never used.

- Three sets of fins...US Diver's brand. No size on them.

I'll try to get some pictures of all this posted if there is any interest.

Thanks for reading the novel above!

If you're willing to ship them (at my expense, of course), I am very interested.

Working on pics!

I called White's today and discovered what I actually have are NOT dive dry suits, but surface dry suits used for search and rescue work. They don't sound like much use for a diver. Sorry if I got anyone's hopes up. Regardless, he said they're worth a couple of hundred dollars each.

Again, working on pics of the other stuff that actually is for diving.

Thanks for looking.
