Each weight is 13 ounces and helps counteract the positive buoyancy of Sealife cameras, especially with strobes attached.

Also 4 single accessory Sealife mounting screws and two 3-accessory Sealife mounting screws.

The single accessory screw is used to mount the camera to a single strobe arm. The 3-accessory screw is used to mount any combination of 3 accessories, such as two strobe arms and a buoyancy weight.

I'd like to add that you'll need an extra or longer screw to secure these to the base your Sealife camera.
Sealife recommends 1 weight for a 1 strobe system and 2 for a 2 strobe system.
With 1 weight and no strobe on my DC800, my camera is a negative.
With 1 weight and a single pro strobe my camera is semi-neutral but on the very slight side of negative.
I would highly recommend getting a weight regardless of strobe set up.
It really helps to stabilize the camera.
