I do not see a manufacturer's name on them. They are galvanized tanks.

posting a picture or writing down all of the information on the cylinders' necks should provide the manufacturer and any other tanks details.

After closer look they are PST tanks
The markings on the tanks are; TC-3AAM184 REE80.3, DOT-3AA2400, 583544 Pst The hydrotest marks are; 1 1A/81 97+ and 7 D6/46 08+
